In 2015, after diligent research into this niche market, Mobile Properties LLC acquired their first Mobile Home Community consisting of 48 pads. The park, Mountain View Estates MHP, LLC, is located in Napanoch, NY. This was the beginning of many acquisitions to follow. Additionally Mobile properties began to offer complete third party property management.
